The DEZ Service Center, located on the upper floor of the West Wing across from the Prima restaurant, is a unique, barrier free restroom and wellness lounge.

A comfortable lounge area with leather furnishings, lockers, wall mirrors with cosmetic zones, luxury restrooms, hand cream dispensers, and decorative extras such as solid wood paneling create a dignifies 5 star atmosphere.

The Service Center, which could compete with any top hotel, naturally offers fully barrier free access for wheelchairs and mothers with strollers. Toilets for the disabled and children, separate changing and nursing rooms, as well as an interior design of top quality materials in the men’s and ladies’ rooms prove once again the top service factor at DEZ.

Ionized air ventilation guarantees a pleasant and odorless ambiance. Instead of odor and noise disturbing separation wall in the toilet stalls, there are closed cabins ensuring privacy. Instead of the usual hourly cleaning schedule, the DEZ Service Center provides at least one service employee on-site at all times.

You won’t find a comparable restroom lounge in any other shopping center in Austria. We at DEZ also take this area seriously.
